Unless you mess it up!
Here's the idea!
How about an ongoing story.
You must add two lines (no more, no less) and you cannot back to back comment.
It would be like this:
Jenn: It was a dark cold night. The rain beat down on the pavement as the moon went behind the clouds.
Tricia: I sat at the train station trying to keep myself dry. I turned as I heard the sound of footsteps coming towards me in the dark.
Collin: It was the nightwatchman doing his rounds. He walked past me with his chinchilla sticking it's head out of his coat.
Tricia: "May I pet your kitty"? I asked as I shivered from the cold. "That's not a kitty, it's a chinchilla, stupid", the nightwatchman answered with a growl.
So sound like fun? huh huh... answer me dammit!

I'll start. ;D
He looked out towards the woods.
In the distance he heard the rumble of thunder as the skies grew dark and menacing overhead.

He had heard the stories about these woods, the tales of hororable things no one wanted to see.
Damn dog why did he have to go wondering off the wood on this night.

His grandmother had told him stories of children who had ventured into these woods and never returned... or worse.
He felt a shiver run through his body as he thought about the story his grandmother had told him about the disappearance of Bobby Green.

With the thoughts of Bobby lurking in his mind, he didn't want to venture out on this moonless night.
He walked toward the woods slowly, calling for his dog.

He thought about just leaving that stupid animal and heading back up the road towards home.
From out of the woods came a loud crashing noise.

His dog, Blue, was tearing out of the forest with his hackles raised and his tail between his legs, yelping in terror.
Something huge and menacing was close behind, giggling and loping with an inhuman gait.

He tore off after Blue in the direction of home, not looking back.
It was gaining on him, he could hear the loud breathing closer with each step he took.

He could see the lights of the Grayson farm at the bottom of the hill.
He was running full speed towards it when he felt something brush against his back.

Tim heard the high pitch scream, but he didn't realize it was coming from him.
He stumbled onward down the hill shriking the whole way.

When he reached the driveway he glanced back to towards the road.
The trees made dancing shadows in the moonlight as the wind began to howl.

He had alway thought the stories were made up to keep children from wondering out into the woods.
He knew they must be true, after his near miss with death.

He made his way up the front porch and knocked on the door, looking nervously over his shoulder to make sure that no one was coming up the driveway behind him.
The Grayson's should have been home on a night like this, but there was no sign of movement from behind the dingy curtains hanging in the door window, just the steady glow of the light that was left on in the hallway.

The tattered old wooden screendoor made an eirie creak as he pulled it toward him.
His grasped the knob of the inside door checking to see if maybe the grayson's had left it unlocked.

Just as he began to turn the knob and ease the door open the light in the hallway went out.
"Shit", this is just great", he said as he moved slowly through the doorway, his hands groping blindly for a light switch.
