Sheesh. It's just as well that I didn't write this time. There were a lot of very good stories and a LOT of new writers! Welcome everyone, and you all did just fine as far as the rules go. I hope you all stick around for many games to come.
I managed to narrow my list down to six, and then viciously cut the list in half. It was painful. Here are my votes:

What they didn't have stories this time! Your kidding right. Well I could of sworn they all were working on stories this time around! Well how the hell do they expect to win if they don't even submit a story? Geee, I take back my votes then!
This is just gonna take some time to vote this time. Man there are some really talented people out there! Who the hell invited the talented people to play with us! Don't you know you are just making it hard for me to vote! No really I loved reading this time, and I think I will have to go back and read again. I am so torn!

OH man this is just tough. I have read all the stories many times over, and there wasn't one that I didn't enjoy.
I have to vote for Angi. I thought she did really good for her first time with using the words and putting together her story.
Ren, RC1, gets one of my votes, because her story was very sad, and it was just real life.
the third vote will have to go to James, his story was really a great story, and it seemed to just come from the heart.
Like I said before this was the hardest time I have had voting because everyone did such a great time this round. I want to thank you all for playing with us, and please please write again, this was the best round we have had so far!

Iam pleased to say that I have added the totals and everybody scored well ;D Heather just scored a little weller! HB is the winner of round 10!I decline because I added the scores... you all know what a sweet girl I am and I would never cheat, but it felt a bit weird that we tied  I am waiting to hear what wonderfully awful words Heather will come up with for round 11! The scores are as follows. When you guys get published can I get signed copies of your books? Or are you gonna pretend like you don't know the rest of us when you're rich and famous authoresses? ;p
